“My Hand Wasn’t On Her Stomach When We Lost The Baby”: Machine Gun Kelly Reveals Heartbreaking Details Of Megan Fox’s Miscarriage In New Song

Machine Gun Kelly is finally opening up about one of the most sorrowful moments in his and Megan Fox‘s relationship as he mentions it in one of his new songs titled ‘Don’t Let Me Go’.

In 2023, the couple revealed that they went through a very difficult miscarriage, something that Fox later wrote about in her poetry book. Here’s how MGK mentioned the traumatic incident in his music.

The rapper released a music video for his song ‘Don’t Let Me Go‘ and is mentioning – for the first time – Megan Fox’s miscarriage in his music.

“Lately my thoughts eating me alive/ Laying in the bed thinking maybe that hate will finally go away if I’m not alive,” he sings, referring to how he felt after the incident.

He then adds, “How do I live with the fact that my hand wasn’t on her stomach when we lost the baby/ I don’t got no one to turn to ’cause everyone’s dead in my life that was tryin’ to raise me.”

The rapper also mentions how he has recently tattooed his entire body by singing, “I had a breakdown and tatted my entire body except one line.”

The entire song is filled with details about what he’s going through. He also mentions medications, a psychiatrist and rehab.

This isn’t the first time the couple has spoken about their miscarriage. In 2023, Megan Fox wrote a few poems on the unfortunate incident in her poetry book called ‘Pretty Boys Are Poisonous‘. Fox shares three kids with her ex-husband Brain Austin Green.

In one of her poems in ‘Pretty Boys Are Poisonous‘ she writes, “There is an ultrasound by your side of the bed, 10 weeks and 1 day … do you think that if she could have, she would have left a suicide note?”

Towards the end of the book, there is a picture of a woman and a baby, which reads, “But now I have to say goodbye. I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest as they rip you from my insides. I will pay any price, tell me please, what is the ransom for her soul?”

Later on, she opened up about her loss on Good Morning America and said, “When I was younger, I had an ectopic pregnancy, I’ve had other things that I’m not going to say because God forbid the world will be in an uproar. I’ve been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was so in love with.”

She added, “I had never been through anything like that before in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean? Why did this happen?'”

As of now, the couple seems to be doing better and are supporting each other after the difficult time.
