Law Enforcement Confirms A Terrorist Attack Planned At Taylor Swift’s Concert

They also confirmed that tickets will be automatically reimbursed to the people who had paid for them.
According to the Associated Press, which quoted Police Chief Gerhard Purstl and Director of the Vienna State Police Franz Ruf, two people were arrested as suspects behind the planned attack. Taylor Swift Has Previously Voiced Concerns Over Such Attacks At Her Concert
Fans on social media expressed their concerns about the threat, while many pointed out that this was one of the reasons why Taylor Swift stayed away from political issues and didn’t express her opinions on anything about the political climate.
The singer has previously spoken up about fearing attacks such as these during the ‘Lover’ tour, which was later cancelled because of the pandemic. Talking to Elle she said, “After the Manchester Arena bombing and the Vegas concert shooting, I was completely terrified to go on tour this time because I didn’t know how we were going to keep 3 million fans safe over seven months.”
“There was a tremendous amount of planning, expense, and effort put into keeping my fans safe. My fear of violence has continued into my personal life,” she said. “I carry QuikClot army grade bandage dressing, which is for gunshot or stab wounds.”
Swift has not yet spoken about or confirmed the recent threats.
