Phase Six of Marvel will kick off with ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’, the most anticipated project before ‘Avengers: Secret War’. Bob Iger, the CEO of Disney recently spoke about ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’ and confirmed that the film will pack “a lot of newness” and “a whole new set of Avengers” will be in play when it comes to Avengers 5.
With the original Mightiest Heroes gone, Marvel has introduced a long list of new heroes and villains. Directed by ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ Destin Daniel Cretton and written by ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’s’ Jeff Loveness, ‘Avengers: Kang Dynasty’ will release on May 1, 2026, which will explore the newly formed Avengers clashing against Kang.
Shuri, Shang-Chi, And Sam Wilson To Play Central Roles In ‘Avengers 5’
According to the sources, Sam Wilson, Shang-Chi, and Shuri are confirmed to appear in the upcoming Avengers movie. Shang-Chi is the first Asian hero to have joined the Avengers, portrayed by ‘Simu Liu in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’.
Since Destin Daniel Cretton is heading the project, the best martial artist in the world will more likely be a part of the project. Also as Steve Rogers went back in time, Sam Wilson has taken up the mantle of Captain America, becoming the leader of the New Avengers squad.
Shuri is currently the smartest person alive on Earth, becoming the new Black Panther. So it is hard to assume that she will not show up in Avengers Five. Besides them, there might be the possibility of many other superheroes joining the team against Kang.
Captain Marvel and Spider-Man will also be a part of the new-gen Avengers. This will be the first squad of the New Avengers including two Captains. Joining them will be Shang-Chi, Moon Night, and Namor as huge Marvel powerhouses. And Black Panther and Spider-Man as the combat expert.

Will Docter Strange Be A Part Of ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’?
Since Marvel has kicked off with Multiverse, it is difficult not to believe that Docter Strange might not be a part of The Kang Dynasty. Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man and Chris Evans’ Captain America are gone, but Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange is in a prominent character in the current timeline and may shape the ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’.
One of the most popular theories exemplifies that Doctor Strange would be the focal point of the multiverse saga and he would be greatly responsible for saving the world. As per the theory, Stephen Strange might fix the damaged timeline in ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’, the same way he did it in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’. Kang is the master time traveler and Docter Strange is the only one who is left eligible to defeat the new villain since Wanda Maximoff might not be alive.
