Singer Britney Spears recently wedded Sam Asghari and is leading a happy married life. But, she is not ready to give up on all the pains she faced due to her conservatorship. Thus, the singer has filed a lawsuit against her parents.
Her lawyer Mathew Rosengart recently claimed that even Tri Star was in on the conservatorship. According to him, her former business manager is completely lying and said the matter runs way deeper than it seems from the outside.

All the Claims Made By Britney Spears’ Attorney About Her Conservatorship
Mathew Rosengart filed the legal documents obtained by TMZ which state that Tri Star Entertainment was knee-deep in creating Britney Spears’ conservatorship. The company was very small at that time but now it controls a huge number of celebrity clientele including members of the Kardashian family and Travis Scott. All of this was achieved by managing just the pop icon Spears for a long time.
He claims the company made a profit of more than $18 million from the 13-year run of the conservatorship. According to Rosengart, before Jamie Spears went to court and became his daughter’s temporary conservator, he struck a deal with the company. He borrowed a minimum of $40,000. The deal gave Tri Star Britney’s contract and her father his money.
Rosengart pointed out that Tri Star’s owner, Lou Taylor, reportedly said her company had “no role whatsoever in the creation of a conservatorship for Britney Spears.” Taylor’s associate, Robin Greenhill, said in a sworn declaration, “At the time the conservatorship … was established by this Court in early 2008, Tri Star had no role in Ms. Spears’ affairs.” But, some newly uncovered emails suggest otherwise.
What’s The Evidence?
Rosengart has uncovered some emails which clearly show Tri Star’s involvement. In an email from Lou Taylor to Jamie in January 2008, weeks before the conservatorship was established, she wrote, “he [attorney Andrew Wallet] and tri star will serve as co’s [i.e., co-conservators] with you.”
Taylor wrote another email to another lawyer before the conservatorship was established, saying, “I look forward to working with you.” And, there’s the email that one of Jamie’s lawyers sent to Taylor. It read, “We have run into a problem with [the] judge selection … the only judge who will be able to hear our case on Friday is the one drug [sic] who will not give Jamie the power to administer psychotropic drugs.”
Tri Star attorney Scott Edelman told TMZ, “This is materially misleading. AS all the evidence makes abundantly clear, the conservatorship was set up on the recommendation of legal counsel, not Tri Star, and approved by the Court for more than 12 years. In fact, Tri Star was not even the business manager for the conservatorship when it was established. Cherry-picked excerpts from emails cannot change the facts, which is why this nonsense will all end once and for all when records are unsealed.”
