Jason Alexander, Britney Spears’s Ex Tried To Get Into Her Room On The Day Of Her Wedding
On the day of Britney’s wedding, her ex-husband Jason Alexander tried to break into the singer’s bedroom, but Alexander said that it was all in good fun. Eubeler, Britney Spears’ former security guard who witnessed the stalking case by Alexander, testified on Monday at his preliminary hearing.
Eubeler stated that Spears’ security pursued Alexander up the stairs of her house when he was detected on her property. To prepare for her upcoming nuptials with long-term boyfriend Sam Asghari, Spears’ bedroom door was supposedly closed as Alexander attempted to break in.
On the stand, Eubeler said, “He started reaching for his right pocket. My firearm was drawn and held close to my chest.” According to him, Alexander escaped from the area and called out Spears’ name while running to an adjacent gaming room where he was safe. On May 28 and June 8 of this year, Eubeler said that Alexander was located on Spears’ property and ordered to leave.
Following that, a detective on the scene testified that Asghari was comforting a weeping and scared Spears. They left the property to try to calm themselves.
Alexander Broadcasted His Effort To Crash Spears’ Wedding
On June 9, Alexander live-streamed a portion of his effort to break into Spears’ wedding before he was detained by security and police officers. On several occasions, Alexander referred to Spears as his wife. During Alexander’s arrest, one officer claimed to have discovered a ‘Gerber folding box cutter’ in his hands.
In addition to three misdemeanor charges of violence, vandalism, and trespass, Alexander was also accused of refusing to leave the private property. On all counts, he said he was not guilty.
The public defender representing Alexander testified in court that “Mr. Alexander’s intent was to talk to Britney, to check on her wellbeing, to make sure that this was what she really wanted, not to place her in fear.”
Singer Britney Spears and Alexander were married for 55 hours in 2004 before she dissolved the marriage.
