‘Comedy Is Legal’: Elon Musk Comes Out In Support Of Theo Von’s Controversial Roseanne Barr Episode

Never a moment’s rest for Elon Musk. Busy training for his cage match with Mark Zuckerberg, the tech billionaire took a break to save censorship of comedy. Musk was good enough to share Theo Von‘s podcast ‘This Past Weekend’ with Roseanne Barr through his Twitter handle. But how did the episode come to Twitter?

YouTube took down the twice-canceled Roseanne Barr episode for violating free speech. The internet is all over Theo Von for bringing her on the podcast. Her comments about Jewish people bringing mayhem have been taken out of context. But lucky for us, the humor wasn’t amiss by the former Twitter CEO.

Elon Musk Shares Theo Von’s Controversial YouTube Episode

People are raging at Theo Von for bringing Roseanne Barr as a guest on his podcast

Comedienne Roseanne Barr is once again in trouble for her outlandish remarks. While appearing on comedian Theo Von’s podcast ‘This Past Weekend,’ she made some remarks that were deemed allegedly racist towards the Jewish community. Soon, YouTube took down the episode. But thanks to Elon Musk, it found a new home.

Theo Von came out in defense of this episode. The comedian claims the clips of his show being shared are out of context, stressing his guest, Jewish herself, was being sarcastic. The woke media may have lost their sense of humor, but not Elon Musk. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO tweeted about the controversial episode “Comedy Is Legal On Twitter.”

Elon Musk Providing Twitter’s Platform For Right-Wing Propaganda

The former Twitter CEO’s political stance is alienating his audience

This isn’t the first time Elon Musk has come forward to provide a platform for right-wing sentiment. Most famously, the tech billionaire shared Matt Walsh’s trans documentary, ‘ What Is A Woman ‘? His content moderation team cautioned him not to do so. But he shared the documentary anyway.

The former Twitter CEO has also embraced the disgraced former Fox News host Tucker Carlson. He runs a mini-news series called ‘Tucker On Twitter.’ The tech billionaire has also used Twitter’s platform for Ron De Santis’ 2024 Presidential Campaign.
