Elon Musk’s political leanings have changed over the years. In the past, he donated to both Republican as well as Democrat candidates. Now, he has become an outright supporter of the Republican party.
Recently, Musk made a prediction about Donald Trump’s fate at the 2024 Presidential polls. Amid reports of the former President’s possible arrest, Musk took to Twitter to express his thoughts.

Trump And Musk’s Strained Relationship
In the past, Musk has donated to and funded campaigns of both Democratic and Republican candidates as he has business in regions governed by both parties. However, lately, the billionaire has shifted his support fully to the Republicans.
Musk has been a vocal critic of President Joe Biden and often mocks him through memes while talking in support of Trump. This comes despite last year, Trump slammed Musk over the “Twitter mess.”
Trump called him a “bullshit artist” after Musk tweeted that he should “hang up his hat & sail into the sunset.” Trump also said that Musk asked for subsidies for his projects when he was president. “I could have said, ‘drop to your knees and beg,’ and he would have done it,” Trump wrote.
