Ari Aster’s latest film ‘Beau Is Afraid’ is a guilt-inducing terror that has confused and scared its audience. Starring Joaquin Phoenix as the titular coward, the film paints a character’s journey through his nightmares. Like many, Olivia Rodrigo found the film too much to sit through the three-hour film.
In a recent conversation with Phoebe Bridgers, Olivia Rodrigo recounted her experience with the polarizing ‘Beau Is Afraid.’ For her, watching the film was a terrible nightmare. She couldn’t take it anymore and had to walk out despite being a full-on horror film enthusiast. We wouldn’t expect any less from the man who made ‘Hereditary’ and ‘Midsommar.’

Olivia Rodrigo told Phoebe Bridgers how terrified she was by the movie. Rodrigo said, “I’m a big thriller girl, but I watch a few scary movies here and there.
