Donald Trump is making history, but not the kind one expected it. The former US President made history on Thursday when he surrendered at a Georgia jail on charges of conspiracy and racketeering. After the surrender, he was arrested and jail authorities took a mug shot of him as per the protocol. This is the first time in history that a mug shot of a former president was taken.
Donald Trump faced the official arrest on 13 charges only within the southern state of Georgia. These charges were linked to his supposed endeavors to manipulate the outcome of the 2020 election, which ultimately was won by Joe Biden. This arrest marks Trump’s fourth criminal indictment since April, which will set the stage for a year of immense legal proceedings. But amongst all this how many years of jail time is Trump looking for?
