Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour received a good response from her fans and many people have been attending the event, including TikTokers. The ongoing tour started on March 17, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona.
Like most of the tours, there has been a lack of tickets due to a lot of sales. Meanwhile, a TikToker has been trending after she spent $10,000 to buy a ticket for the tour.
Popular TikToker Spends $10,000 For Taylor Swif’ts Eras Tour
The TikToker Georgia Rose logged on American Express VIP package pre-sale when tickets went on sale this week, they were priced between $349.90 and $1249.90. They have released 630,000 tickets and fans have tried to score one of them which eventually made a national record for online demand.
Rose was expecting to grab the most expensive package for herself and her sisters including a reserved seated floor ticket, merchandise, and facilities like check-in and early entry to the place. However, she spotted that her father’s credit charged her $10,000 due to which she described herself as a moron. She stated that she wanted to get the tickets as soon as possible and there was a lot of rush for the tickets due to which she ended up paying more.
Rose said, “If you tried for tickets or got tickets in the AMEX presale you know that it was a crazy morning,” and also add “The site crashed, AMEX released a separate link, but only on Facebook and Twitter, and like just before the tickets were going on sale at 10 am.”
Rose described the entire process as stressful and that she was shaking a lot while everything was happening. She said that although it was 10 a.m., there were no good results because of the Ticketek, which is a digital waiting room for purchasers need to stay in before purchasing the tickets. She revealed that the tickets appeared by 10:04 a.m. and while she was choosing her tickets, she saw that the Ticketek timer was counting down.
The TikToker also explained that she had opened four windows and expected that she will not get any of them. She said it took two minutes and she preferred to choose the tickets available in other windows. She also added that at that point, she was not signed into Ticketek, and she closed the windows where she could not see any tickets.
She later said she had to purchase two tickets and she believed there were two in the cart. However, things turned out to be wrong.
She said she continued the process by entering the CVV and then checking out while the wheel was spinning. She then got to know that her heart stopped and she was hyperventilating and her father texted her by saying that someone got in through the lounge, charging $10,000 to Ticketek on the AMEX account.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Will End On August 17, 2023
Taylor Swift’s sixth concert Eras Tour started on March 17, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona, and is scheduled to end in London, England on August 17, 2024. The Eras Tour is usually held for around three hours. There is a list of 44 songs that are separated into 10 different acts that depend on Worldbuilding to portray all the albums.
The tour pays tribute to all the studio albums of Taylor Swift including her latest album, Midnights alongside the ones that did not have a corresponding tour because of the pandemic back in 2020. This also marks Taylor’s second tour to be held in the stadium after the Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018.
