Geena Davis Shut Down Jack Nicholson’s Sexual Advances
Davis is known for calling spade a spade in an industry full of people trying to take advantage of each other. She has recently revealed the instance when Jack Nicholson tried to make sexual advances. In an interview with The New Yorker, the ‘Cutthroat Island’ star recalled how she shut down Nicholson’s sexual advances by following Dustin Hoffman’s advice.
Right after ‘Tootsie‘ was released, Davis said her agent “happened to know” Nicholson who “had dinner” with her “every single night.” She said, “there was a note under the door that said, ‘Please call Jack Nicholson at this number.’”
“So I said, ‘Hello, Mr. Nicholson. This is Geena, the model. You called me?’ He said, ‘Hey, Geena. When is it gonna happen?‘” she said.
The actress continued, “I was like, ‘Oh, no — why didn’t I realize this is what it was going to be about?’ But it immediately came into my head what to say: ‘Uh, Jack, I would love to. You’re very attractive. But I have a feeling we’re going to work together at some point in the future, and I would hate to have ruined the sexual tension between us.’” She said, “He was like, ‘Oh, man, where’d you get that? So it worked.”

She Called Out Bill Murray For Harassment During Shoot
Recently, the actress recalled the time when Bill Murray yelled at her in front of the crew on the sets of ‘Quick Change.’ She talked about the incident in her book, ‘Dying Of Politeness: A Memoir’.
The cast of the film had an audition reading at a hotel, where Murray insisted on using a massager even when she was reluctant.
“I said no multiple times, but he wouldn’t relent,” she recalled. “I would have had to yell at him and cause a scene if I was to get him to give up trying to force me to do it; the other men in the room did nothing to make it stop. I realized with profound sadness that I didn’t yet have the ability to withstand this onslaught — or to simply walk out.”
In another instance, Murray, in a fit of rage, banged at the vanity door violently and yelled, “What the f**k are you doing?” He stormed inside the van and screamed in her ear, “out of the trailer, onto the street.”
