“Just Connect The Dots”: Lauren Jauregui Accuses Elon Musk Of Making Changes To Twitter To Influence Upcoming 2024 Presidential Elections

Elon Musk put a cap on the number of viewable tweets last week. This measure was undertaken to prevent data scraping so users can use the platform uninterrupted. Like everything he does, his foresight was met with a mixed reception. But Lauren Jauregui believes there’s a political agenda behind it.

The former Fifth Harmony member doubts the timing of viewable tweets being restricted. She calls it a part of the Tesla and SpaceX CEO’s plan to influence upcoming presidential elections. Elon Musk is trying to prevent the flow of debate from reaching the masses by limiting the number of posts.

Former Fifth Harmony member Lauren Jauregui believes Elon Musk is trying to tamper with the elections. She’s highly doubtful of the former Twitter CEO’s intentions, considering it’s “no coincidence”  the tech billionaire is making all these changes as the elections come near.

In her Tweet, the former Fifth Harmony member obliterates Tesla and SpaceX CEO for “destroying Twitter,” saying, “I just wanna say Elon destroying Twitter ahead of elections is not a coincidence. Especially considering what his obvious political stance is. This place was one of our most effective organizing tools during 2020 and is where a lot of discourse and accountability happens,”

She added, “Please understand nothing these billionaires do is ever a coincidence. Slowly but surely is the game, so we are apathetic instead of paying attention. When everything feels random and confusing, just know it is anything but. Just connect the dots.”

Elon Musk Limits The Number Of Viewable Tweets

Former Twitter CEO

Elon Musk restricted the number of Tweets users could see last week. The tech billionaire addressed the issue of “extreme levels of data scraping & system manipulation in his tweet.” Per the new guidelines, verified users could read only 6000 posts daily.

The daily limit was 600 for unverified users, and new unverified accounts could only read 300 posts daily. This limit was raised a few hours later. In his follow-up tweet, the tech billionaire also noted that he received record viewing by posting about limited posts.
