Apparently, because of the feud, the beauty mogul, Kylie Jenner lost nearly one million Instagram followers, meanwhile, Selena Gomez gained 10 million new fans. Unlike Jenner, Gomez has always been open about her mental health and also she previously explained why did she take a break from social media.

What Was The Feud Between Kylie Jenner And Selena Gomez?
Earlier Selena Gomez shared a video on TikTok joking about her over-laminated eyebrows. Just within three hours of her TikTok video, Kylie Jenner posted a story with her BFF Hailey Bieber which showed a closeup of their eyebrows screen-capped from their facetime. Kylie then posted a selfie with her well-groomed arches with the caption “this was an accident?”
The fans criticized Kylie Jenner and Hailey Bieber for making fun of The Wolves singer. Apparently, Jenner lost her followers to Selena Gomez as a result of mocking her. Although Gomez cleared that there was no such feud between Kylie Jenner and her, in fact, the ‘People You Know‘ singer told her she is a fan of Kylie Cosmetic’s founder and owner and admires her as well.

Why Selena Gomez Took A Break From Social Media?
After the entire ‘brow’ drama with Kylie Jenner and Hailey Bieber, The Rare beauty founder announced a break from social media for the sake of her mental health. Selena Gomez’s decision to step away from social media from Jenner and Beiber’s mockery prompted numerous fans to overload her comment section and offer their support, increasing to 391 million followers.
Selena Gomez went live on TikTok to inform her fans that she would be taking a break from social media, and said, “I’m going to be taking a second from social media because this is a little silly. I’m 30 and am too old for this. But I love you so much and I’ll see you guys sooner than later. I’m just gonna take a break from everything.” Meanwhile, the fans are trolling Jenner and Bieber calling them bullies and ‘mean girls’.
