The Possible Reasons Why Madonna Regrets Both Her Marriages
Madonna’s first marriage with Sean Penn ended in under four years. Their married life had more jealousy, insecurities, and fights rather than love. When the ‘Material Girl‘ singer filed for divorce, she cited “irreconcilable differences“. Apparently, Penn’s “Love at first sight” got so toxic that it got out of control. He had picked a fight with songwriter Dawid Wolinski because he thought he saw the songwriter kiss his wife. Another of the incidents includes Nick Kamen. While she was recording a song with him, Penn was again convinced that Madonna was cheating on him. His insecurities had spiked up, and the singer was repeatedly caught in multiple denials of his allegations. However, even though the pop singer regrets her three-year marriage with Penn, the two still are good friends. In fact, they were even spotted holding hands at a charity gala in 2016.
With Guy Ritchie, Madonna wondered if marriage is what it is believed to be. When they married, everything was flawless, however, as the years rolled by, the romance between them died. It made the singer wonder if true love even exists. Ritchie, on the other hand, said that their relationship had become a “soap opera” because of too much drama in the relationship. Ritchie’s friends had claimed that her strict diet, her Kabbalah religion and obsession with yoga made it hard for Ritchie to live with her.
