Olivia Wilde is one of the few names in Hollywood who have successfully managed to don both the hats of an actor and director. A recipient of the Independent Spirit Award, Olivia has done a number of successful films. She has also directed short films and two feature films.
On the personal front, the ‘Cowboys & Aliens‘ actress was in a custody battle for her kids against her former partner Jason Sudeikis. The court has now given its final verdict on this. Olivia has won the custody battle which means her two children will be living with her in Los Angeles and maybe London as well.

Olivia Wilde Wins Custody Battle Against Jason Sudeikis
According to Page Six, the ‘Booksmart‘ director has won the custody battle of her children against former partner Jason Sudeikis.
His petition for custody against Olivia has been dismissed after a judge decreed that their kids’ home state is California. In October last year, ‘Ted Lasso‘ star brought a case against his ex in New York City family court over their two kids. Jason wants them to live with him in Brooklyn, New York.
The 38-year-old actress and filmmaker want her 8-year-old son Otis and 5-year-old daughter Daisy to reside in Los Angeles. It also suggests that she may potentially move to London as well, where her boyfriend, Harry Styles lives.
Jason’s case has been dismissed by a judge who found that NY was not the kids’ home. The legal filing of the case reads: “Judge Powell and this Referee agreed that New York was not the home state of the subject children; but rather California was the children’s home state.”
Olivia Was Given Custody Papers At The Cinema-Con Stage
Olivia’s relationship with Jason got messier at this year’s Comic-Con held in April. She was attending an event to present the trailer of her upcoming film ‘Don’t Worry Darling.’
That is when an envelope marked “personal and confidential” reached her on the stage. It turned out that Jason sent the legal custody documents to her at that moment.
Wilde stated that Sudeikis used “outrageous legal tactics” and said: “Jason’s actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard.”
She further added: “He could have served me discreetly, but instead he chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible. The fact that Jason would embarrass me professionally and put our personal conflict on public display in this manner is extremely contrary to our children’s best interests.”
Both Olivia and Jason got engaged in 2013 and share two children. Their relationship ended in November 2020. Olivia is currently dating musician and actor Harry Styles.
