The talented singer-actress has said that she eventually wants to get married and become a mom. She is ready to step away from showbiz to focus more on her personal life.

Selena Gomez Plans To Quit Acting For Family
The ‘Only Murders in the Building‘ actress recently appeared on Friday’s episode of the TaTaTu video podcast “Giving Back Generation.” This is where she talked about her plans to quit acting to start a family.
Selena, who is 30 years old now, told the hosts Raquelle Stevens and Ashley Cook: “I hope to be married and to be a mom.” She said, “Eventually, I’m going to be tired of all of this, so I’m probably just going to devote most of my life to philanthropy before I peace out.”
Selena then talks about her 8-year-old half-sister Gracie Teefey. The “A Year Without Rain” singer mentioned, “She puts things in perspective. I have to basically watch this little person grow into a human being. There’s no better feeling in the world. I kind of feel like a parent in a way, even though I’m not.”
“It’s so rewarding to just see that life was so simple at one point,” she added. “I want to enjoy life the way she enjoys life.” Selena has earlier mentioned that she wants to have four kids.
Joe Biden Shares Video Of His Mental Health Talk With Selena
Selena Gomez has been vocal on issues like mental health. Her company Rare Beauty also advocates for the cause. She talked to the President of the United States, Joe Biden to discuss the same.
She said, “Mental health is very personal for me, and I hope that by using my platform to share my own story and working with incredible people like all of you. I can help others feel less alone and find the help they need, which is honestly all I want.”
The singer shared Biden’s video and thanked him, and called the meeting “such an honor.” “I really do believe that we can make change, and it starts at the places where people spend the most time,”Gomez said. “I mean, our youth spends so much time with their friend communities, mainly at school.”
