Taylor Swift is busy with The Eras Tour which has been getting a decent response from her fans. But just like a majority of the events, this one has also suffered a problem in terms of tickets as a major ticket website has crashed due to high demand.
People are well-aware that The Eras Tour will conclude in 2024 and presales were opened for a few of the shows scheduled to be held in Paris. However, ticket website Ticketmaster witnessed a crash as a large number of people queued to get their chance.

Ticketmaster Crashes Due To High Demand For Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Tickets
Online presales for four shows in Paris scheduled to be held in 2024 were opened on July 11, 2023. The shows will be held at the La Defense Arena between May 9 and 12 in 2024. The sales for the first two shows were supposed to be launched at 9 a.m. and for the other two at 11 a.m.
Fans of Taylor Swift rushed to the website to get their tickets and there was no movement in the queue for an hour, leading to the cancelation of the sales. Ticketmaster also posted a tweet that stated that they are working on the problems that are cropping up on the website.
The tweet further stated, “The Taylor Swift sale | The 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Eras Tour for Paris La Defense Arena has been put on hold. We will keep you posted with a new on-sale time as soon as possible. All codes not already used will remain valid.”

Ticketmaster Previously Suspended Sales For Two Eras Tour Concerts
Ticketmaster was supposed to start sales for two concerts in Lyon and they were scheduled for June 2 and 3, 2024. This one was also canceled despite that it was confirmed to start at 1 p.m.
Meanwhile, sale for the Stockholm shows between May 17 and 19, 2024 will start as scheduled on July 12 and 13. Ticketmaster has always encountered problems whenever they launched the presale of tickets for the Eras Tour and Taylor Swift has also expressed her frustration with the same.
