The Queen strikes back again! The latest stop of Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour was her home state of Pittsburgh. The tour has time and again offered surprises at each gig. While the American singer traveled back in time through her music, Swift also hit a milestone on Saturday at the Pittsburgh Stadium.
On the occasion of Father’s Day, she extended her gratitude and told her audience, “I have a really, really incredible dad, like hasn’t missed a show type of dad. He’s the best and I love him so much. The song we’re going to play has to do with really fond memories of childhood”.

How Many People Attended Taylor Swift’s Concert In Pittsburgh?
It is an undeniable move, that Taylor Swift‘s music is breaking records, but now even her concerts are breaking impossible records with the most attended music concert in the stadium’s history. Acrisure Stadium the venue tweeted, “Tonight’s attendance of 73,117 at Acrisure Stadium for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour is the largest ever in stadium history”. Adding to the excitement, the ‘Blank Space‘ singer also made history by being the first tour to play the Pittsburgh stadium twice, with back-to-back performances that started Friday.

Taylor Swift expressed her appreciation on Instagram for the record-breaking weekend, thanking the “mesmerizing crowd”. She wrote, “Pittsburgh thank you for making me feel sooooo at home in my home state. I mean… You broke the all-time attendance record and we got to be the first tour to play your stadium twice”. The singer also added a shout-out to her dad. Swift said, “Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, but especially mine, who is one of my best friends, helped meticulously glue every teeny tiny crystal onto my guitar and still never misses a show.”

Taylor Swift’s Surprise For Fans During Performance
At every Eras Tour concert, the ‘Enchanted‘ singer surprises the audience with songs that are not on her setlist. During the record-breaking event in Pittsburg, Taylor Shift surprised the audience by performing ‘Seven’ live for the first time. The lyrics of the song are in reference to Pennsylvania. She also invited Aaron Dessner from the band called Nationals for a sing-along.
This is not the first time Aaron Dessner has made an appearance on the Eras Tour. Previously he performed ‘The Great War’ and ‘Could’ve Should’ve’ along with Taylor Swift in Florida and Nashville. The second surprise song was ‘The Story of Us’ from the album Speak Now.
