Who Is Noa Kirel?
21-year-old, Noa is an Israeli singer, actor, and television star who started her career back in 2015. Kirel also enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces back in 2020, where she served in a unique military band. She performed her first song on YouTube named ‘Medabrim‘ which led her to her stardom in singing.
Kirel was announced as the Israeli Entrant at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest that is going to be held in Liverpool in 2023. She started her career in acting with the documentary series ‘Pushers‘. In February 2017, Kirel also hosted a musical program called ‘Lipstar’.

Why Did Noa Kirel Wear Kanye West Printed Pants At The MTV EMAs?
Recently, singer Noa Kirel has been trending after appearing on the 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards that was held on November 13. She became trending because of her outfit that featured pictures of Kanye West on her trousers. Kirel said that she wore the pants to make a statement against the controversial American singer and rapper.
In an interview with Variety, the singer commented, “I had this idea that came to my head: after all the anti-Semitic things that Kanye said about Jewish people – and I’m Jewish – I knew I had to have something that will be powerful on the red carpet. I really wanted it to be a message and not just a regular outfit. And it takes some nerves, but I think the message was received.”
