Born on November 23, 1995, in California, Majors graduated second in 2013 in his high school class. He later did his major in Film and Television Production and minored in Music Industry at the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts.
In 1997, he made his first on-screen appearance in the film ‘Nevada’. Apart from that, he has also acted in ‘The Price of Air’ and ‘Providence.’ From 1999 to 2004, Majors played the role of Theo Sipowicz, the son of Detective Andy Sipowicz in the television series ‘NYPD Blue‘.
For this role, he won the Young Artists Award for Best Performance in a Television Series. Major’s performance on the animated science fiction flick ‘Treasure Planet‘ also earned him a nomination for Best Performance in a Voice-Over Role.

Majors passed away at the age of 27 in Los Angeles, California on February 11, 2023. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner confirmed the day of his death. However, no cause of death has been revealed.
In a statement, his family announced the news of his death. They stated that Majors “was a loving, artistic, brilliant and kind human being. Austin took great joy and pride in his acting career.”
Further adding, “He was an active Eagle Scout and graduated Salutatorian in High School. He went on to graduate from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts with a passion of directing and music producing.”
