The upcoming Star Wars series titled ‘Andor’ will serve as a prequel to the 2016 film ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ and it will be released on Disney+. The film’s character Diego Luna will be reprising his role in the show.

To keep up the hype, a new convention-exclusive Star Wars: The Black Series action figure set has been unveiled by the toy company. According to a report by The Direct, the figures are of the main character Diego Luna’s Cassian Andor.

The figure has been given the designation of B2EMO and it might appear at San Diego Comic-Con and will be available for sale on Hasbro’s Pulse chain of stores.

The six-inch tall action figure comes with a blaster pistol and can make all sorts of different poses with the gun. It is accompanied by a head sculpt that’s painted in red color.

Hasbro’s PhotoReal technology has helped in creating a more real facial feature of Luna’s character figure. The packaging on the figure has a red, black, and white color scheme that makes it attractive.

Andor Is Set Five Years Before ‘Rogue One’

The first season of the Disney+ Star Wars series ‘Andor’ will have events taking place five years before’ Rogue One: A New Hope’. While the second season will showcase a series of time jumps in the storyline that will fill the five-year gap.

The 12-episode series will also feature several characters from the Star Wars universe like Genevieve O’Reilly’s Mon Mothma and Forest Whitaker’s Saw Gerrera. It was earlier expected to release in September. The makers however changed the date when Ms. Marvel’s release date saw a change.

‘Andor’ is on the list of ever-growing content that has been released lately. The most recent one was ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ which followed the titular Jedi Master who was once friends with Darth Vader.
