Elon Musk Led SpaceX’s History Of Launch Failures
Space exploration isn’t immune to technical failures. Elon Musk has maintained his faith in SpaceX despite launch failures, stating it gives the team enough time to improve on the previous data. Before the successful launch of Falcon 9, the tech billionaire’s space organization saw its programs disrupted by technical disruptions.
Since March 2006, SpaceX has launched five Falcon 1, 243 Falcon 9, and seven Falcon Heavy rockets. Out of these, three Falcon 1 and two Falcon 9 were declared as failed programs. But with the recent back-to-back successful Falcon 9 launches, SpaceX has seemed to learn from its mistakes.
