The Duke of Sussex again came under criticism during the inauguration of the Invictus Games in 2023.
After spending last weekend with wife Meghan Markle enjoying the Beyoncé concert, Prince Harry headed to London for the WellChild Awards. During his UK visit, he also paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II on her first death anniversary. Harry is now in Düsseldorf, Germany, to attend the Invictus Games. During the press promotion, Harry took part in a small competition on a late-night television show. Germany’s defense minister defeated Harry in a penalty shootout match.

Prince Harry has commenced the Invictus Games, which he initiated in 2014 for military veterans who are differently abled, injured, or sick. In 2023, the Invictus Games will be held in Germany, and Prince Harry has marked his presence at the event along with his wife, Meghan Markle. Ahead of the inauguration of the games, the Duke of Sussex appeared on a German late-night television show.
Along with Prince Harry, Germany’s Defense Minister, Boris Pistorius, was also present on the show. During the show, Harry competed with him and the other two athletes. Each was given six shots to win the game. While the former sports minister scored two out of six goals, Harry failed to convert his shots into goals. Harry said that he would wear a German shirt if he lost the competition. But since there was no availability of a shirt, he donned Mainz’s scarf.

The clip from late-night television went viral, showing Prince Harry trying the last two shots without a goalkeeper. After not being able to shoot the goal, the internet did not flinch at taking Harry down by calling him a loser. One user said that instead of getting high, he should spend some time playing with Archie.
