The Markle sibling feud seems never-ending! Meghan Markle‘s estranged half-sister Samantha Markle makes it to the headlines yet again. It is no secret that the Duchesses of Sussex shares a strained relationship with her paternal side of the family. The sibling war dates back to the early stage of Meghan’s relationship with Harry.
After years of public drama, the ex-Royal still become the beacon of it. Samantha Markle sued a lawsuit against her half-sister, Meghan Markle, alleging over the comments made in her interviews with Ophrah Winfrey and in her Netflix documentary.

Why Is Meghan Markle Facing Legal Actions from her Half-Sister?
Newsweek reported that Samantha Markle has filed a lawsuit against Meghan, accusing her of libel for the statements made in previous interviews. The court documents state that, “Meghan continues to participate in and perpetuate the lies around her family and upbringing, and where Meghan could have set the record straight, she did not… lies that have defamed Samantha and the negative fallout that has therefrom occurred”.
The complaint also targeted Meghan’s statement on the Netflix documentary including, “I was with my mom during the week and with my dad on the weekends. And my dad lived alone, he had two adult children who had moved out of his house”. Earlier, Firstpost reported that Samantha Markle claimed that “Meghan’s marriage to Prince Harry will end in divorce unless they get extensive counseling”.
Samantha suggested the Duke may already be “questioning” the marriage and predicted it could “get nasty” until he “starts dissenting or pulling back from her”. The half-sister also called on the ex-Royal couple to go on an “apology tour” after the couple made accusations of racism within the Royal Family during their interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Samantha Markle On Meghan Markle’s Marriage With Prince Harry
While speaking to TMZ, Samantha Markle revealed Meghan Markle did a lot of damage to their father Thomas Markle and called on her to make a public apology to him. Speaking about her half-sister’s marriage to Prince Harry, she said “I see it ending in divorce unless they get extensive counselling and can agree to work on being honest, to work on apologies to everyone that they’ve damaged in the course of this bull in a china shop two-year spiel. ‘I mean, nothing about any of this has been honest, and the damage to the Royals has been massive – especially now.”
Samantha Markle further added, “Maybe he’s (Harry) already questioning it, he has to be if he has a functioning frontal lobe. Come on, he’s not 12. ‘What man would be happy or comfortable like that? And the minute I believe he starts dissenting or pulling back from her, I think it can get nasty unless he has a really good lawyer or they have really good counsellors. I don’t know what it’s gonna take”.
