Thomas Markle, Father Of Meghan Markle, Wants To Fix Everything Between Them
In an interview with Australia’s 7News Spotlight, Thomas Markle (Meghan Markle‘s father) talks about his daughter. “How can I fix this?“, he asks while holding her childhood pictures in his hands.
Thomas, who is a 78-year-old retired lighting director from Hollywood, also talked about the stroke he suffered last year; stating that he was happy to be alive. Meghan and Thomas have not spoken in five years.
Their relationship started to deteriorate after Meghan tied the knot with Prince Harry in 2018. Reports suggest that he was against their marriage which caused an eventual fallout.

Samantha Markle Calls Her Marriage With Prince Harry “Toxic”
In the same interview, Samantha Markle, Meghan’s elder estranged half-sister, also talked about the Duchess of Sussex. She said that Harry and Meghan are “unhealthy for each other.”
“They are really unhealthy for each other. It’s a toxic relationship,” she said. Samantha then goes on to say that Meghan would “still be a waitress” if their father hadn’t supported her.
Earlier, Samantha had filed a defamation lawsuit against Meghan for spreading “malicious lies” during her infamous interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021. The court eventually ruled out in Meghan’s favor.
