There have been rumors for weeks hinting that Harry would attend the May 8 event. On Sunday morning, however, Invictus’ social media channels finally confirmed it.

Even though Harry is believed to have better relations with his father, King Charles, with whom he hurried to visit following his cancer diagnosis, it is possible that there will be a reconciliation, considering that they have bettered their relationship post Charles’ diagnosis. The same cannot be said about Prince William, who is said to be still upset at Prince Harry for his tell-all interviews about the Royal Family.
Though Harry had reached out to the couple after Kate Middleton’s cancer announcement, their relations are said to be on the more awkward side.

Prince Harry’s American Citizenship Drama
After talking about it for a long time, Prince Harry finally got his American citizenship as he declared America his new homeland. He has previously said that getting American citizenship “is a thought that has crossed my mind,” but he added that it is “not a high priority for me right now.”
Concerns regarding the Duke of Sussex’s residency in the US are also being raised. Following Harry’s admissions of drug use, which were featured in Spare, the conservative think organization The Heritage Foundation questioned the Department of Homeland Security’s decision to grant Harry a US visa.
Harry’s American citizenship will surely bring in newer angles to his rifts with the Royal Family. For now, his first visit back to the UK is anticipated, and will surely enfold new drama within the palace.
