King Charles III officially became the king of the United Kingdom and 14 other Commonwealth realms. The event, which took place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey in London, was attended by several who’s who. Charles’ youngest son Prince Harry was also present.

Royals Are Not Happy With Prince Harry Attending The Coronation
Prince Harry attended his father King Charles’ coronation. But many are wondering why he showed up. A source close to the royals told Vanity Fair, “One makes one’s choices. To be honest there wasn’t much talk of Harry at all. The focus was very much on the occasion.”
The insider also said that the working royals were “wondering why Harry bothered to come at all.” The Duke of Sussex landed in London a day before the coronation and left within 24 hours even before the ceremony was over.
He left quickly as he had to attend his son Prince Archie’s 4th birthday which fell on the same day. The source also noted that Charles was “saddened” that he could not talk properly to his son.

Harry Was All Alone At The Coronation
Harry was seated on the third row, two rows behind his brother Prince William at Westminster Abbey. He was alone throughout the coronation ceremony and did not speak to anyone.
There was no talk between him and William which ended the hopes of any reconciliation between the brothers. Harry even left in a quiet manner without any royal dropping him to his car.
The post-coronation concert was attended by several big names like Tom Cruise, Katy Perry, and Lionel Richie among others.
