The relationship of ex-royals Prince Harry and Meghan Markle has been under scrutiny since their exit from the Royal Family. When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s started to mature, they faced repercussions for being celebrity and royal family members. After the tell-all Oprah Winfrey interview, the couple are back with their bombshell, intimate look at their relationship. Netflix released the two-part docuseries titled ‘Harry & Meghan’, where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex chronicled their side of the story on what unfolded in their constantly talked about marriage and debilitating Royal Family ties. What Is The Fake Paparazzi Image That Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Used In The Documentary?
In the Liz Garbus-helmed docuseries ‘Harry & Meghan’, both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have told their side of the story. They decided to clean the dirty linen in public in order to chronicle and have a closer look at the repercussions they faced while being in the Royal Family and post the exit.
The couple dropped many bombs about the behind-the-scenes incidents including Prince William going berserk on Harry among other things. They also, at length, talked about the constant media bombardment due to which they wanted a way out of the Royal Family.
But, it came under fire before its release. Many eagle-eyed online audiences spotted certain images used in the trailer were not related to either Meghan Markle or Prince Harry. One of the images was that of a pack of paparazzi and long lens cameras clicking pictures. But, the picture was that of the red carpet event of ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II’ premiere. The event took place in 2011, which was five years before the two met.
Another instance where they changed the narrative of certain pictures was during the first trailer when they are walking out. Prince Harry says, “There’s a hierarchy of the family. You know there’s leaking, but there’s also planting of stories”. The picture was from Archbishop Tutu’s residence pool. The Royal Family allows certain press members to click pictures in the vicinity of the houses of any Royals.
This photograph used by @Netflix and Harry and Meghan to suggest intrusion by the press is a complete travesty. It was taken from a accredited pool at Archbishop Tutu’s residence in Cape Town. Only 3 people were in the accredited position. H & M agreed the position. I was there. pic.twitter.com/nvjznlloLF

Netflix Executives Are Fuming Over The Dubious Footage
There were other two instances where the trailer included footage from somewhere else. In two consecutive shots, when Harry’s voiceover says, “I was terrified. I didn’t want history to repeat itself”, they were from two different events. The shot where the paparazzi along with an officer is allegedly following them is actually from the day when Katie Price was leaving the Crawley Magistrates as per Urban Pictures.

And second one is when Michael Cohen, Donald Trump’s lawyer, was leaving his apartment. One of the insiders told Birmingham Live that the Netflix executives are “unhappy” with the faux footage.
The insider said, “Now the feel of ‘fakery’ has swirled around the show before it’s aired. The feeling is that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would have been more aware than anyone what footage was real and what could be highlighted as misleading”. Prince Harry and Meghan were asked to point at any discrepancy found in the footage.
The insider continued, “Netflix chiefs were unaware just how much of the imagery that was put in the trailers was dubious and expected the couple to scrutinize them and flag anything that could cause problems”. The person added, “And it comes just as they recover from claims they exaggerated and fabricated royal stories in the past five series of their big royal drama, The Crown”.
