Prince Harry Reveals His Last Words To Queen Elizabeth II
Queen Elizabeth II passed away at the age of 96 on September 8, 2022, at Balmoral castle. She was surrounded by her family members in her last moments, including Prince Harry.
In his memoir Spare, the Duke of Sussex has revealed the last words said to his grandmother before she died. Harry whispered to her that he “hoped she would be happy”.
He also told her that he “admired her for having fulfilled her duties until the very end.” It was in reference to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations that took place in summer. The prince had arrived on September 8, hours after the Queen had died.
Putting their differences aside, Harry, Meghan, William, and Kate Middleton attended the 10-day mourning of the late monarch.

There was a time when Prince Harry believed that his mother Princess Diana had faked her death to escape the press as they were constantly hounding her. He revealed it in his memoir.
Diana died in a car crash in a tunnel in Paris when Harry was just 12 years old. Harry writes that he thought it was a trick and “for once the trick wasn’t being played by the people around me, or the press, but by Mummy.” “Her life’s been miserable, she’s been hounded, harassed, lied about, lied to. So she’s staged an accident as a diversion and run away,” he wrote.
