The Princess Of Wales Made Tweaks To The Royal Statement About The Accusations Of Racism By Prince Harry And Meghan Markle
A year after stepping down from royal duties, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle talked to Oprah Winfrey about the hardships they faced. During the interview, Markle accused one of the royal family members of racism after the person expressed concern over Archie’s skin color.
Buckingham Palace issued an official statement in which it stated, “The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.”

The source said, “The debate was, do you rise entirely above it and offer the olive branch of [Harry and Meghan being] ‘much-loved members of the family’? Or is there some moment when you have to intervene and offer a view?”
The Princess of Wales, according to the source, said,” ‘History will judge this statement, and unless this phrase or a phrase like it is included, everything that they have said will be taken as true.’ “
