This made matters more complex between them and the Royal Family lessening the possibility of attending his father’s coronation. However, there may be a reason for them to attend the coronation due to Princess Eugenie and her impending pregnancy.

Princess Eugiene’s Pregnancy Is An ‘Added Incentive’ For Prince Harry And Meghan Markle
The eleventh in the line to ascend the British Royal throne is Princess Eugenie, the third granddaughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II. She is the daughter of the Duke of York, Prince Andrew, and Sarah Ferguson. Eugene has a sister, Princess Beatrice. Their parents got divorced in 1996. Like her father, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle may be on the verge of getting ousted from the family. But, King Charles III’s upcoming coronation may be a chance to mend things for them.
The coronation ceremony is scheduled to take place on May 6th, 2023 at Westminster Abbey. It will be a nationwide affair, where King Charles III will be crowned as the monarch of Britain with the 17th Century St. Edward’s crown. After the docuseries and the memoir, their chances were very thin to attend the ceremony, but Princess Eugenie may be the force to make the impossible happen.
According to a Royal Family source told The Mirror UK, “The Duke, and Duchess of Sussex would have been amongst the first to hear the news of Eugenie’s pregnancy. Meghan and Harry are close with Eugenie. And not only has she stayed with them in California, but they have been on holidays together before Harry’s marriage”. She continued, “If the Sussexes come to the coronation in May, there will be an added incentive to see Eugenie as by then it is doubtful if she will want to travel herself”.

The Royal Family Is Not Expecting The Couple To Arrive At The Ceremony
The Coronation date is coming closer, but there is no sign of official reconciliation between King Charles III and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Harry’s memoir ‘Spare’ has created friction between them and the Royal Family with the increase in the rift between them. Certain sources told ‘The Sun’ that the Royal Family is skeptical to invite the two for that any private conversations might end up in the paperback.
One source told the outlet, “There have been discussions among the family, including Edward and Anne. They do not want private conversations at the coronation, making it into the paperback edition of ‘Spare’ “. Not only the Royal Family, but the King himself does not expect them to see at the coronation. They will extend the invitation to the couple, but due to the revelations and statements that the two gave since the Megxit, it would be difficult to see eye-to-eye with the family.
