Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have become ousted members of the royal family after they stepped back from their royal duties in 2020. Harry and Meghan decided to leave the UK and settle somewhere else due to constant media scrutiny and ill-treatment at the hands of the royal family. The couple has targeted scathing attacks on the royal family, which has tarnished the public image of the family.
In retaliation, the royal family has also made some decisions that have created a greater rift between them and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. King Charles III asked them to vacate the Frogmore Cottage, and the couple was added to the ‘others’ list from the ‘non-working royals’ one. Now, a new controversy has emerged, due to which the royal titles of Duke and Duchess may be stripped from the couple.

A Bill To Strip Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Off Their Royal Titles Will Be Introduced
Recently, the royal family came under fire after the release of Omid Scobie’s book titled ‘Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival.’ It was because some of the Dutch copies revealed the names of the royal family members who were concerned about Archie’s skin color. King Charles III and Kate Middleton allegedly expressed their concern, which was later confirmed by Piers Morgan.
Meghan Markle told the royal members without taking any names that they were worried about Archie’s skin color. Now, due to the recent racism row, there is a chatter that Prince Harry and Meghan will be stripped of their royal titles. As per Newsweek, the royals will be faced with a “Bill in Parliament to strip the Duke and Duchess of Sussex of their royal titles.”
Bob Seely, a member of the Conservative Party, proposed this idea to introduce a bill to take away Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal titles as they “trash an institution that plays an important part in our nation’s life.”
He added, “In the next couple of weeks, I shall present a Bill in Parliament to strip the Duke and Duchess of Sussex of their royal titles.” Mr. Seely wants Parliament and the Privy Council to “consider a nuclear option.”
