‘Supernatural‘ is considered to be the best horror drama series that has been released on television in all these years. Keeping everything aside, the lead characters, Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester were able to win the heart of the audience as two brothers who aim to hunt down supernatural beings. The response was so positive that the series was aired for 15 seasons.

Circumstances Of Dean’s Death In ‘Supernatural’ Explained
Although Dean kills the vampire, he starts dying and Sam begs him to stay so that he can do something but Dean requests Sam to let him go. The brothers confess their love for each other and Dean then dies. Sam ties the knot with an unidentified woman and they become the parents of a son, who is named Dean.
We then witness Dean taking his car Baby for a ride and Sam grows old, leading to his demise. The brothers eventually reunite in heaven.
Although it was an emotional ending and audiences witnessed Sam and Dean meeting each other again in heaven, they were disappointed with the fact that Dean died because of a nail while a few others complained about the writing, saying that it was not up to the mark considering that Dean was so popular among the audience.

‘Supernatural’: How Many Times Was Dean Killed?
Supernatural gained recognition for resurrecting one of the most famous characters of the series. This has probably not happened in any other show in the past. Sam and Dean have faced numerous dangers in their entire journey throughout the series but they have been resurrected in some way towards the end.
Dean died around 111 times in the series and most of them were because of Trickster, who killed him 103 times in the 11th episode of Season 3, where the brothers were trapped in a time loop. Dean was killed eight more times on different occasions by supernatural powers which includes being torn apart by hellhounds, stabbed by Metatron, and impaled by vampires.
