After working on the fringes of Hollywood for years, Steven Soderbergh has found a home for his movies. Max is extending their partnership with Soderbergh with the miniseries ‘Full Circle.’ Soderbergh previously directed ‘Let Them All Talk,’ ‘No Sudden Move,’ and ‘Kimi’ for the streamer.
Steven Soderbergh, who last directed ‘Magic Mike: Full Circle,’ will direct all the episodes of the miniseries written by Ed Solomon. It stars Zazie Beetz as the leading investigator on a kidnapping case with seemingly international ties and race relations. ‘Full Circle’ also stars Claire Danes and Timothy Olyphant.
Plot Details Of ‘Full Circle’
The first teaser of ‘Full Circle’ opens with the grieving parents of a kidnapped child talking to the police. As the routine dictates, they ask questions to get a leg up in their investigation. Soon, the teaser cuts to a seemingly unrelated group of people who may hold the key to the botched abduction scheme.
As the authorities look into the matter, the investigation team runs in circles. The official synopsis for ‘Full Circle’ is, “An investigation into a botched kidnapping uncovers long-held secrets connecting multiple characters and cultures in present-day New York City.”
