What Happens To The Winchester Brothers At The End Of ‘Supernatural’?
Well, since it’s the last season of the series, the Winchester brothers die. It’s emotional and teary but also ends on a happy note-reuniting the two brothers. The brothers finally found peace after consistently fighting against supernatural creatures. Dean dies, leaving his brother alone in the world. Sam lives and grows old with his family. He dies with his son near him and reunites with his brother in heaven.
As usual, Sam and Dean got a case, and they started to solve it, but an obstacle got in the way and this time there was no way out of it. Dean got impaled by a nail, which he immediately knew was a fatal injury. Sam tried to find a way to help his brother, but Dean asked him to stay with him and told him how proud he was of him and that he’d always looked up to his younger sibling. Dean then asked Sam for permission to let go and Sam gave it to him, watching his brother die with his head on Sam’s shoulder. Dean died young, leaving Sam to live a long and happy life before joining his big brother at last.

How Many Times Did Dean Winchester Die?
Dean dies about 111 times in ‘Supernatural‘ and every time made it out alive. Most of those deaths can be attributed to the Trickster, who kills him about 103 times during season 3, ‘Mystery Spot,’ when the brothers are trapped in a time loop. Eleven of those deaths are seen onscreen. Dean is killed another eight times elsewhere in the series, often at the hands of supernatural powers. Almost all of his deaths are caused by attempts to save Sam, his other loved ones, or humanity at large.
Three of his most brutal deaths happen when he is torn apart by hellhounds, stabbed by Metatron, and the last one – impaled by vampires. On several occasions, Dean also kills himself temporarily in order to speak with entities beyond the veil, like Death. The death count doesn’t include times Dean is magically transported to another realm through a portal or astral projection, nor does it include deaths in alternate realities. Dean’s willingness to end his life and sacrifice himself to save others is his central trait established throughout the series.
