Can You Find The Elephant In This Optical Illusion?

Did your eyes ever play tricks with you? The word “illusion” comes from Latin word “illūsiō” which means “to mock.” There are some psychological illusions that refer to some changes in the perception of the eyes and brain.

The arrangement of images or the way of representation of the images makes it difficult to crack. In this case, there is an elephant in the picture, but it is hidden and not easy to find. The optical illusions will give you a hard time but if you can crack it the resulting pleasure will make it worth your time.

Hunter Is There, But Where Is The Elephant?

TikTok is a treasure trove of illusions, having millions of people guess where an object is, what they see first, or what it reminds them of. The visual puzzle we are going to talk about right now is no different, as it quickly went viral after being shared by its creator. The question lies: can you spot the elephant?

It represents a vintage picture of a hunter in the woods. But it will make you keep scratching your head as you comb through the dense jungle looking for the giant pachyderm. First shared by TikTok creator Hectic Nick, he explains that “only one percent of people can find the hidden elephant in this image.”

You won’t get it easily for sure but it is not uncrackable. When you finally spot it, you won’t believe how it could take you so long. Take a look yourself in the picture and start working your eyes and brain.

I bet you haven’t found it yet. Fine! Here is a hint: turn your phone upside down. Now? No? Ok, here is the solution. When you flip your phone over so that the image is upside down, the elephant is in the foreground.

The thin tree on the left is the trunk, with the two thicker trees making up the legs. The eyes and ears are the bushes, and the hill at the back is the elephant’s belly.

A New York Post reader said they spent 10 hours figuring it out. That proves it is even harder for some people while some can crack it in a glimpse with their supervision.
