10. Mezo Shoji (Dupli Arms)
Shoji is an honorable hero, who already demonstrated qualities of being one of the best. His dupli arms help act as ears, eyes, and sometimes even mouths. When villains attacked and Midoriya was in shambles, he protected him despite being injured himself. He’s a strong character who thinks of others before his own safety.
9. Uraraka Ochaco (Zero Gravity)
Yet another character is often interpreted as weak. She is by no means a weak girl. Ochaco has not only demonstrated the qualities of a hero but of resilience, intelligence, and determination. She fights with Bakugo and then with the villain Himiko Toga. Her ability to make things weightless by touch can prove to be a powerful one if trained harder.
8. Tenya Iida (Engine)
Tenya’s boost and burst techniques allow him to have great speed and mobility during fights. He can quickly escape using his leg turbo speed. So far he’s the best when it comes to reaching out for help in a short time. Though he can only maintain his speed for a given time of 10 mins, it’ll surely improve during the ongoing series.
7. Tsuyu Asui (Frog)
Asui is a cool and level-headed character who uses and analysis critical situations with patience. She doesn’t jump in recklessly which gives her an edge in fights. Asui‘s camouflage technique only hypes up her already cool power to a different level. Apart from her power, she is a sweet and caring classmate to all.
6. Denki Kaminari (Electrification)
Kaminari is one of my favorites. His quirk is really powerful as he can send in high-voltage shockwaves, and the effects of it are mindblowing! His brain kind of shuts down after he uses his full power and starts acting in a funny drunken way. Nevertheless, once he gets ahold of his powers, he’ll be a strong opponent undoubtedly.

5. Fumikage Tokoyami (Dark Shadow)
Tokoyami’s dark shadow is one of the most powerful quirks. Unfortunately, he can’t totally control it as it has its own will and personality. He produces a shadow from himself, which takes the shape of a bird. During fights, he can use the shadow to protect its back while he focuses on the front. After his training with Hawks, he’s developed his quirk to another level.
4. Eijiro Kirishima (Red Riot)
Kirishima’s development as a hero during his internship program was an unexpected one. Fans were surprised to see his Red Riot transformation. Kirishima’s quirk allowed him to harden his body parts for defensive and offensive use.
During his fight with a villain, he knew he has to become stronger then and there to protect the civilians. He hardens not only his body but even stiffens his cell, becoming the ultimate defense force.
3. Katsuki Bakugo (Explosion)
Bakugo, despite his villainous and murderous expressions, is a good guy within. He has time and again shown extreme determination to blast off villains and maybe, well somewhat, show off his power. His quirk becomes stronger the more he sweats. The sweat glands of his hands produce bombing explosions when used against his opponent. Long fights with him will be a disadvantageous situation for his foes.
2. Shoto Todoroki (Half Hot, Half Cold)
At one time fans thought that Todoroki is the main character as how OP he is. He can not only use ice power but can also use fire. If he ever freezes due to excessive use of ice, he can melt by using fire. To add to his quirks, his both power are extremely OP in themselves. Plus having a brain to go with, he stands among the rest.

Midoriya the hero of MHA is undoubtedly the most powerful. At first, he couldn’t use his power One for All. But in given time he learned how to use his strength, and maintain it. One flick of his finger is enough to cause a minor tsunami. What to say more!
Midoriya is extremely calculative and cautious which oftentimes gives him an edge in fighting. Not to mention he always had a heightened sense of rescuing and saving people. He’s the perfect example of a hero, and the student of the supreme All Might.
