Though ‘One Piece’ author Eiichiro Oda is not in favor of adding romance to the popular series, he has focused on a few characters’ relationships to tune in to the fan’s request. There are very few relationships focused on the anime ‘One Piece’.
Nevertheless, the fans are happy to take what they can, while making out their own ships. Ships are mostly focused on who will end up with Nami in the series end, and various conclusions have been drawn regarding it. While most are in favor of shipping Nami with Sanji, there are also some who draw the relationship between Luffy and crazily enough with Usopp.

Top 5 Couples In ‘One Piece’
A clear indication of a character being emotionally invested in another is rarely given in the anime. Even after that, there are quite a few characters, including the protagonist who finds their love interest on their way to seize the ultimate treasure.
Monkey D. Luffy x Boa Hancock
Hancock falls in love with Luffy in their very first meeting. Though things take a bitter turn at first, the love-sick Hancock can’t help fantasizing about their future together, Hancock being a Warlord is technically Luffy’s enemy as she works for the government.
Despite that fact, she openly voices her feelings, even in danger of becoming the government’s adversary. The first incident is shown during Luffy’s journey to save his brother, Ace. Without Hancock, the road to Ace would have been tough for him, and he may not have reached there in time.
Their interaction with one another escalates to another level in time, where Luffy learns to reject Hancock in a straight way, with the latter falling in love with Luffy even more. Their never-ending love declaration and rejection are sure to give you a kick in the adventurous series.
Roronoa Zoro x Kozuki Hiyori
Now, who would have thought the stern swordsman will be tangled up with a dramatic, sweet, and persistent girl? Though Zoro may seem tough at first, he is rather weak to girls (who are not enemies). Plenty of examples can be drawn from his experience with Nami, where the former loses every time. In the Wano arc, Zoro meets Hiyori, with the latter falling in love at first site.
The fans started screaming when the episode released of Zoro sleeping with Hiyori under the same blanket. She also gives him her father’s sword Enma. Brook discovers the couple sleeping together, and just like us, he was pretty shaken by it. Although it is a pretty one-sided affection as of now, it may change in the future.

Usopp and Kaya
This may be the only couple whose relationship hint was given from the very start of the series. Usopp dearly values Kaya and so does the other. Though there’s been no confession, it’s clear that they hold a special place in each other’s hearts.
Silvers Rayleigh x Shakky
Shakky and Rayleigh are both business partners as well as husband and wife. When Luffy’s group found out that they are married, their shocked expression was worth noting. They make the perfect couple.
Shakky is a stable and up-to-date person who manages a bar, and Rayleigh on the other hand is a more hands-on maintenance person. They support and trust each other all the same, so their relationship becomes a treat for the fans of One Piece.
Tony Tony Chopper x Milky
Like Chopper, Milky is a reindeer mink who is a warrior and can use the power called Electro. Milky becomes the guide to Chopper and his group in the Whale Forest Residential District.
She rubs the cheek with Chopper as a way of greeting, the cute doctor falls in love with her. Though it’s not shown if the latter reciprocates the feeling, Milky sure does act kindly towards him.
