‘Jujutsu Kaisen‘ is one of the most popular shonen anime nowadays. The entire world of ‘Jujutsu Kaisen‘ revolves around cursed energy. Cursed energy is a power that manifests weak emotions and gives birth to curses but at the same time is used by sorcerers as well.
Sorcerers are people who possess cursed energy and train to protect others from the cursed spirits.

What Are The Different Grades In Jujutsu Kaisen?
The grades as mentioned above are numerically divided from 1-4. Grade four has the weakest sorcerers. These are novice sorcerers and there aren’t many sorcerers in the 4th grade. Maki Zenin is the only sorcerer to stay in the 4th grade despite being far stronger. Maki cannot advance further due to her lack of cursed energy and the Zenin family’s influence.
Grade 3 sorcerers are the average sorcerers. This grade is generally assigned to students before they can prove their worth to advance up the ranks. These sorcerers cannot go on missions alone and are generally accompanied by a superior of higher rank
Grade 2 is assigned to sorcerers who are above average and they are allowed to go on missions alone. The sorcerers in this category are considered quite strong. The sorcerers in this category can take on grade 1 spirits.
Semi Grade1 is assigned to sorcerers’ wanting to seek promotion to grade 1. Grade 1 sorcerers are the highest rank of sorcerers one can achieve through normal advancement. This grade of sorcerers can take on special-grade curses and sometimes even defeat them.
Special Grade 1 rank is quite controversial as that rank can only be held by elite members of the Zenin clan. These sorcerers are extremely powerful and are from a high-ranking families.
Which Grade Has The Strongest Sorcerers?
The special grade is the highest grade a sorcerer or a curse can get. It is assigned to those curses and spirits which have an immense amount of cursed energy. Special-grade curses, although quite rare, are more common than special-grade sorcerers.
There are only sorcerers to have been registered in the special grade; Suguru Geto, Yuki Tsukumo, Yuta Okkotsu, and Satoru Gojo. This shows just how strong a special-grade sorcerer is. Special-grade sorcerers are generally stronger than a special-grade curse.
The special Grade is the grade that has the strongest sorcerers in it. However, advancing to the special grade is not easy. Gojo Satoru is a special-grade sorcerer and viewers have seen on multiple occasions how strong he is. Thus the special grade has the strongest sorcerers in ‘Jujutsu Kaisen‘.
