Who Is Kishibe In Chainsaw Man?
After the attack on the Special Divisions, Kishibe, a Public Safety Devil Hunter from Tokyo Special Division 1, was promoted to captain of Tokyo Special Division 4. Kishibe is an aged guy with patchy facial hair and a patched scar that extends from his mouth over his left cheek. He has more yellow-colored hair in the anime, which is dyeable. He regularly drinks from a silver hip flask that he frequently carries around.
Kishibe is a stoic, simple person. Because of his incredible power and talent, he frequently approaches his profession with a cool formality and shows little emotion while doing so. He’s really calm and polite. But, sometimes his actions frequently show a great deal of violence as he’s been doing devil hunting for years.
Kishibe is partly insane because he has been chasing devils for a very long time. He holds the opinion that the craziest devil hunters are the most terrifying to devils because they have no fear, not the bravest or the strongest. Denji and Power were informed by Kishibe that he prefers to be addressed as “Master” when instructing them. He acknowledges that he likes to drink, date, and kill demons.
Is He The Most Powerful Devil Hunter?
“Kishibe has described himself as being the strongest devil hunter.” It’s self-proclaimed. But, no he’s not the most powerful devil hunter. He’s a seasoned demon hunter who is regarded as one of the greatest in the field. Kishibe can easily go toe-to-toe with the majority of fiends or devils in mortal combat. He has his own sets of weapons. Also, he is under contract with a few devils, including the claw, knife, and needle devils.
Kishibe has incredible strength and durability along with what appears to be superhuman speed. This allows him to outpace any devil and avoid their attacks. Last but not least, Kishibe is a master of knives and martial arts, capable of disabling Power’s blood weapons with just his hands.
