‘Dragon Ball’ is one of the most popular anime franchises of all time. In addition to that, it is also quite possibly the longest-running. This is because of many reasons, one of which is the amazing characters that the series has. There are attention-catching heroes and equally mesmerizing and sympathy-garnering villains.

Who Is Super Janemba?
Super Janemba is the evolved or modified form of regular Janemba. Unlike Janemba, Super Janemba is stronger and has red skin, and gets smaller and closer to a human’s size. He gains two horns on the top of his head that are curved and purple in color.
The skull cap and horns that Super Janemba dons are quite similar to that of the Frieza race. This suggests that Super Janemba’s skull, caps, and horns are quite possibly influenced by the Frieza race, most likely their dead members.

Is He The Strongest Villain?
Janemba managed to defeat and tackle Super Saiyan 3 Goku very easily, which even Fat Buu had trouble with. Whilst Goku would have been able to defeat Buu with SSJ3, he couldn’t even manage to match Janemba. If it wasn’t for the fusion dance and Vegeta being there, Goku would have lost.
It was Gogeta who proved to be a useful last resort against this villain and it was he who led Goku and his companions to victory. This alone proves just how strong he is. However, there have been entries of newer villains in the series and they are stronger than Janemba. Jiren for instance is one of the strongest antagonists of the series, if not the most.
Janemba is one of the oldest villains of the series, being part of the ‘Dragon Ball Z’ movie. He is most definitely the strongest villain in the Z movies, but he is not the strongest overall.
