The “Edward Scissorhands” actors began their relationship in 1994, which lasted till 1997. The couple split up, and later Depp dated Vanessa Paradis, who is the mother of their two children – Lily-Rose Depp, and Jack Depp. On Wednesday, Moss appeared in court as a rebuttal witness. During the 2020 U.K. trial, Heard mentioned Kate’s rumor while recounting the 2015 fight that involved Heard’s sister, Whitney Heard.

The English model appeared in the court for deposition. She recalled the incident at the hotel in Jamaica where both Johnny and she were staying. During the recollection, Kate denied the allegations of Depp pushing her at the Golden Eye Resort. She said “Johnny had left the room before I did, and there had been a rainstorm. And as I left the room, I slid down the stairs and hurt my back.”

She continued, “I screamed because I didn’t know what happened to me and I was in pain,” Moss testified. “And [Johnny] came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention.” Johnny Depp, during his first testimony, has said, “Never did I myself reach the point of striking Ms. Heard in any way, nor have I ever struck any woman in my life.” His ex-girlfriend reiterated that and said, “He never pushed me, kicked me, or threw me down any stairs.”
