When Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief of Vogue, announced that the theme of Met Gala 2023 will be ‘Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,’ the fashion world was divided. On one hand, there were people in the industry who revered the work of Lagerfeld, and on the other hand, people condemned due to the controversial personality that he was!
However, amidst the controversy and protest, the Met Gala 2023 night was a successful one. Celebrities, in the most special way, paid tribute to the fashion legend, who changed the face of Chanel when he became the creative director. The nocturnal designer was a high fashion visionary which was visible on the carpet tonight. Cardi B’s interpretation included a ballgown by the Chenpeng Studio with a fitted bodice. The skirt has rosettes with a quilted overlay. She wore Karl’s signature silver-toned hair with a leather band and black leather gloves.

The Brazilian supermodel, Gisele Bündchen, strutted the carpet at the Met Gala 2023 sans her husband, Tom Brady. But she looked ethereal in an all-white ensemble.
