‘Sex and the City’ turned out to be one of the most successful franchises in history that included the TV show alongside films. The show ended a long time ago in 2004 and despite receiving a positive response from the audience, there was some criticism of its content.

The appearances of the characters alongside certain storylines linked to them became famous among the audience. However, Bradley Cooper was a part of the show as he appeared in an episode of the series before making it big in films.

Bradley Cooper Lied About His Skills For ‘Sex And The City’
Cynthia Nixon appeared on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ where she recalled the time when Bradley Cooper was featured in an episode of ‘Sex and the City.’ It was reportedly Cooper’s first role on screen where he portrayed Carrie Bradshaw’s love interest Jake.
Nixon stated that the scene needed Bradley to drive a sports car with a manual transmission and he was not an expert in the same. According to Nixon, Cooper told the producers that he knew to drive because it was his first appearance as an actor.
Nixon added: “And then the time came for him to pull out, and he was like, ‘I don’t know how to drive a stick.’” In an interview in 2012, Bradley Cooper said that he worked on his skills at a New York driving school after wrapping up the filming work of the episode.

‘Sex and the City’ marked the acting debut of Bradley Cooper and he continued to appear in different film and TV projects. She started her film career with the 2001 satirical comedy film, ‘Wet Hot American Summer.’
