Britney Spears never fails to be in the news. The pop star was in the headlines for the longest time over her conservatorship case. These days, she stirs up controversy with her bold social media posts.
The talented singer recently posted on her Instagram account that she would rather hang out with people that are homeless than those who work in the Hollywood film industry.

“I’d Rather Hang Out With Homeless People”: Britney Spears
Spears has an on-and-off relationship with Instagram. She had deleted her account briefly in June after her wedding to her long-time partner 28-year-old Sam Asghari.
The ‘Till The World Ends‘ singer recently posted a text image on her feed that said, “God is not nice,” and captioned it, “Does that mean the devil is EXTREMELY HOT AND NICE???.” She then added a few emojis including the purple devil emoji and a cry-laughing emoji.
The 40-year-old musician then wrote, “I’d rather hang out with homeless people than the people in Hollywood…JUST SAYING!!!!”
The post has since been taken down, but it garnered a lot of attention from her fans and social media users. One user responded, “Homeless people probably have A LOT more wisdom than those in Hollywood.”
While most fans appreciated her post, some pointed out the hypocrisy. One user pointed out, “Her wedding guest list was literally only the biggest names in Hollywood“. Celebrities like Madonna, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, Donatella Versace, and Drew Barrymore attended her wedding in June.
Britney’s Father Jamie Ordered To Be Deposed In Conservatorship Case
Recently it was reported that Britney’s father Jamie Spears will have to sit for a deposition and produce all the documents related to the conservatorship case. The judge ordered that her father will be deposed in Los Angeles, California within the next 30 days.
Judge Penny (the same judge who had terminated the conservatorship) has ordered Jamie to show documents related to electronic surveillance. This is a move in response to the allegations that he hired a security firm to put his pop star daughter under surveillance throughout her conservatorship.
The allegations against Jamie range from monitoring her phone and bugging her bedroom to recording her private conversations with others.
In November last year, her 13-year-long conservatorship was terminated after the #FreeBritney movement received global attention. Britney had accused her father of mistreatment, manipulation, coercion, and invasion of her privacy.
