Cardi B and Offset had a roller-coaster romance. The couple’s relationship was a whirlwind with a secret wedding, a cheating scandal, and two children together. Their relationship rocked but it went downhill when Offset was captured with women in bed in 2017-18.
The couple previously announced their split but got back together. But it seems that it didn’t work out well as Cardi B has filed for divorce again claiming reconcilation isn’t possible. Meanwhile, she’s also pregnant with Offset’s third child.

Cardi B Is Going Ahead With Divorce From Offset During Third Pregnancy
‘WAP‘ singer Cardi B has filed for divorce from her husband Offset again. The news was originally reported by Page Six. The singer has demanded the custody of her 5-year-old daughter Kulture and 2-year-old son Wave. According to Cardi’s rep, the divorce “is not based on any one particular incident, it has been a long time coming and is amicable.”
Moreover, Cardi also shared a picture of her baby bump on her Instagram, thanking her unborn child “for more love, more life and most of all [renewing] my power!” Cardi has probably mentioned about the divorce in the caption too, “With every ending comes a new beginning!”
This is the second time the ‘Up‘ singer has filed for a divorce. After marrying in 2017, she filed for a divorce in 2020 explaining to fans that it’s not because of cheating. There have been several rumors of their end since the early beginning of their relationship.

Cardi B Admitted That Her Relationship With Offset Has Always Been Complicated
After filing for the first divorce, things between the couple were smooth. Both Cardi and Offset were seen in public with their children. The case was dismissed in November 2020. She mentioned on her Instagram Live, “It’s hard not to talk to your best friend. It’s really hard not to talk to your best friend. And it’s really hard to have no di–“.
For the next four years, their marriage went through rough patches with more cheating plus a social media squabble between the couple and Cardi B yet again confirmed her split. “I’ve been single for a minute now,” she said in December 2023.
Everything was going smoothly for the couple these past few months. They were seen hanging out together and spent New Year’s Eve together. They even directed Cardi’s ‘Like What (Freestyle)’ music video in March, for which she even thanked her husband.
Cardi has always been vocal about their relationship and claims that it has always been complicated.
