Josh Hall has filed for an annulment of marriage citing “irreconcilable differences” after almost three years of marriage, according to the document that PEOPLE was able to access on July 16.
The couple has been legally married since October 6, 2021, and according to the paperwork, their date of separation is July 8, 2024. Josh is also asking Christina for spousal support, according to the filing.
Following an intimate marriage in 2021, the couple held their wedding in 2022 in Hawaii, inviting just people from their close circle. Josh was Christina’s third husband, the first two being Ant Anstead and her former Flip or Flop co-star Tarek El Moussa.

What Have Josh And Christina Hall Said About Their Marriage In The Past?
Josh And Christina Hall have been pretty public about their marriage, often talking about it in interviews and sharing their love for each other on social media. In a 2021 Instagram caption, Christina wrote, “Happy birthday baby. You give me that teenage kinda love vibe and manly protection. It’s a combo for a lifetime of happiness + success. Thank you for reminding me what life and love are like when you put down the technology. I love you Josh.”
The April after, the two got married in a private ceremony. Their PDA continued even after that. Four months ago, Josh had posted a PDA packed picture of themselves on his Instagram, writing a caption about how they have stayed strong through all their years together.
The news of their separation has come off as a huge shock for their fans though none of the two have commented on the matter yet.
