North has also featured in the track ‘Talking’, from Kanye West’s collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign. This makes her the youngest to feature on the Billboard 100. North West Faces ‘Nepotism’ Criticism After Her Performance
There is no doubt that Kim Kardashian’s daughter landed the most coveted role of Young Simba in ‘The Lion King’ Play. She took the stage at The Hollywood Bowl to perform ‘I Just Can’t Wait To Be King’ and also received a standing ovation from the audience at the end of the performance.
However, netizens are convinced that her landing the role was purely because of nepotism. North thus faced very harsh criticism online. One user wrote, “Nepotism is literally the best thing to be born with.” Another added, “The worst case of nepo I have witnessed.”
Another user wrote, “Nepotism is so crazy lol. Someone else’s more talented, probably voice and dance trained kid didn’t get it because his/her family isn’t famous enough.” While another user penned, “She looks great and it seems like she’s having a lot of fun, but I’m definitely not gonna bypass the fact that we all know she wouldn’t be there if it wasn’t who her parents were. This is classism at its finest!”

North’s Family Showed Their Full Support To Her
For her big performance, North West opted for a non-traditional Broadway look with a yellow zip-up jacket with a furry hood, matching baggy shorts, and furry slippers. Her family left nothing to show her their full support. The audience saw not only her parents Kanye West and Kim Kardashian but also her grandmother Kris Jenner and aunt Kourtney Kardashian with her husband Travis Barker.
The Lion King concert at the Hollywood Bowl marks three decades since the Oscar-winning animation was first released. North West did a commendable job singing and performing beside other trained Broadway performers.
