Britney Spears has been calling all the people who wronged her via her Instagram account. Ever since her 13-year-long conservatorship ended last year, the 40-year-old pop star has slammed her family members (including her father and mother), her friends, and even some celebrities.
Recently, the ‘Toxic‘ singer attacked Selena Gomez over the latter’s 2016 speech. All this comes amid her legal fight with her family. Spears also regularly posts her nude pictures on Instagram. So let’s find out why exactly is she calling out the former Disney star.

Britney Spears Slams Selena Gomez
Spears has been calling out a lot of people left, right, and center through her social media for their actions. Most of it has to do with her 13-year-long conservatorship.
In a now-edited Instagram post, the Grammy Award winner took potshots at Selena Gomez without taking her name. She mentioned one of Gomez’s 2016 speeches and called her out.
“Don’t you just love the nerve of women who stand firmly getting awards and speak on their beliefs about not showing their bodies on Instagram ???!!!!!,” she wrote. “They say “This is NOT something I would do” yet those women are the very ones who get 4 million dollar budget videos made about sucking and licking on homemade ice cream!!!!”
She concluded, “These other girls have nothing but beautiful bodies !!!! Who cares if the flaunt it ??? THEY SHOULD !!! So the next time I see someone with a big budget video sucking on lollipops yet giving righteous speeches shaming other women for exposing their bodies, I would like to tell those people don’t be a hypocrite as you suck on your lollipop having HUGE budget dreams … why would you stand firmly against girls getting attention JUST LIKE YOU and they have absolutely nothing (sic)“.

What Was The 2016 Speech?
The lollypop comment was a reference to ‘Ice Cream’ by BLACKPINK, featuring Gomez. At the 2016 American Music Awards speech, Gomez encouraged women to show less of their bodies on Instagram.
Gomez delivered her AMAs speech after winning Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist at the awards show. “I don’t wanna see your bodies on Instagram. I wanna see what’s in here [you hearts]“, she had said.
“I’m not trying to get validation nor do I need it anymore,” she further said. Several people have supported Gomez and said that Spears misunderstood her words.
The two previously had a close relationship and Gomez was also named in the intimate guest list for Spears’ wedding with Sam Asghari this year.
