Sylvester Stallone is one of the biggest action stars of all time. The 76-year-old actor has appeared in several successful franchises like ‘Rocky‘, ‘Rambo‘ and ‘The Expendables.’ Stallone is also one of the country’s well-known physical culture icons, having maintained an excellent physique all his life.
Stallone, however, is lately in the news for his personal life. His wife Jennifer Flavin filed for divorce on August 19. According to reports, the action star was said to be “blindsided” by the divorce filing. They were together for close to 25 years, having tied the knot in 1997.

Sylvester Stallone And Jennifer Flavin Parted Ways
The ‘Demolition Man‘ star has been married three times. His first wife was Sasha Czack the two were married from 1974 to 1985. His second wife was Danish actor Brigitte Nielsen; their relationship ended after two years.
Now, it turns out his current wife, Jennifer Flavin, is also planning to leave him. According to Page Six, Flavin filed for divorce on August 19.
Stallone has been filming his upcoming series ‘Tulsa King‘ in Oklahoma City, and Jennifer has been on set constantly. He was in Oklahoma when he received the papers. “You couldn’t think of a nicer couple … she’s been visiting him in Oklahoma City, where he’s filming. It sounded like everything was great. I have no idea what happened,” a source said.
A representative for Stallone gave a statement on his behalf: “I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”
Flavin has stated in her divorce petition that Stallone “has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets.”

The Divorce Was Because Of Their Pet Dog
The divorce filing has puzzled a lot of people including Stallone. But reports suggest that it might be because of their new pet dog.
Stallone reportedly wanted a new Rottweiler as “protection for their family,” but Jennifer was against this move.
This allegedly led to “an extremely heated argument that brought up other issues” in their marriage. But it feels that they could have worked it out. Sylvester got the dog anyway and named him Dwight.
Earlier this week, Stallone got his tattoo of Jennifer on his left arm covered with one of Butkus — the bullmastiff from the ‘Rocky‘ franchise.
